Coating

Coating is among the final operations that increase service life and corrosion resistance.

We perform high-pressure static wet coating in a Saima booth that serves as both a paint and drying booth. The booth measures 8500 × 4500 × 3500 mm and parts up to 3.5 tonnes can be coated. Compared with powder coating, wet coating can be applied to all types of surfaces.

To achieve a quality coated surface with long service life, pre-treatment is required. We prepare surfaces by shot blasting with steel grit or degreasing. We use various types of paint for coating work, including acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, and synthetic paints. We can help you choose the right paint so the final product meets your expectations.
